What we've delivered.
Every change we've delivered. Newest first. No marketing rewrites: each entry says what changed.

Editorial wire · global news ticker
Thin animated wire band added under the masthead on every marketing page. Six rotating dispatches (BETA, THINKING, WORKSHOP, PRICING, LEDGER, WIRE), pause-on-hover, reduced-motion respected.

Hero marginalia · live ticker
Hero column rebuilt around two editorial gutters: latest changelog on the left, a live-activity ticker on the right. Corner marks now translate from the centre to the page edges in one continuous move.

Hero CTAs · single primary, Apollo inline
Two-door CTA pair collapsed into a single primary 'Brief a project' button, with a small inline link below that smooth-scrolls to the Apollo section on the same page. Status pill consolidated to one row.

Marketing redesign · phases 1–3
Three-phase rebuild rolled out together: global typographic tweaks, the hero scroll-locked into a chat expansion, and a section-by-section refresh — Why klair, the old ways, indicative pricing, Apollo, two doors. Video placeholders dropped where the 90-second cuts will land.
- Hero · scroll-driven card → fullscreen chat
- Why klair · six-card grid (principles + rails)
- Apollo · workshop terminal lifted into light scope

Marketing site · pre-launch rewrite
Honest rewrite of the marketing surface around the design-partner cohort and GA 1 Sept 2026. Every fake metric, narrative, and testimonial removed. New /blog route ships alongside this entry.
- reliability
Metadata, SEO and hydration gaps closed
metadataBase wired through every page, canonical and alternates emitted per locale, sitemap and OG routes hardened. Footer week-no deferred to useEffect to stop SSR/CSR drift on first paint.

Marketing surface on Tailwind v4
Marketing area migrated off bespoke CSS onto Tailwind v4 utilities. UI primitives — Pill, Cta, Display, Lede, Frame, Shell — extracted into a shared _components/ui module so every section composes from the same vocabulary.
