The Site, the klair client portal, and all text, layout, graphics, logos, and software that make it up are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the property of klair or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without klair's prior written authorisation is prohibited, save for the limited rights granted in our terms of service. Ownership of the custom software klair builds for clients is governed by those terms.

How klair collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data — and the rights you have under the GDPR — is set out in our privacy policy. The cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to manage them, are described in our cookies policy. Our supervisory authority is the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, cnil.fr).

klair offers the Site, the client portal, and all its services solely to businesses and to professionals acting in the course of their activity. They are not directed at or available to consumers within the meaning of the French Code de la consommation. The consumer-mediation regime (Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation) therefore does not apply. Disputes are handled as set out in our terms of service.

To report content on the Site that you believe to be unlawful, write to abuse@klair.dev with the URL and a description of the issue, so we can act under the notice procedure of the LCEN.
