Ownership of the custom software klair builds for clients is governed by those terms.

The cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to manage them, are described in our cookies policy. Our supervisory authority is the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, cnil.fr).

klair offers the Site, the client portal, and all its services solely to businesses and to professionals acting in the course of their activity. They are not directed at or available to consumers within the meaning of the French Code de la consommation. The consumer-mediation regime (Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation) therefore does not apply. Disputes are handled as set out in our terms of service.
