Is the quote free?
Yes. You describe your need, the specification is co-written and agreed with you, and the firm price is set on it. You pay nothing before signing: the first milestone is the first euro.
Do I need a specification already?
No. Describe one friction in a sentence: klair writes the specification with you, line by line, before any commitment.
Can the price change?
The price is set a single time, on the specification you agreed: no hourly rate, no overrun. Every change is a priced, signed amendment.
How fast do you reply?
