The code
Handed over at acceptance. Its rights are assigned to you as soon as the project is paid in full.

It stays your organisation's. If you leave, it is returned to you in an open format.
The specification
Written with you, it is yours. It describes what the app will do, in plain language.

In every size: every new version put online, a secure address (HTTPS), sign-in with the Klair account, the platform's security updates, backups kept 30 days and restored on request.
Custom: a size plus lines from the published grid, on quote. If the app outgrows its size, Klair tells you and offers the next one.

A Klair agent makes the first pass; the team steps in during business hours. Each release is approved by Klair, or by you if you prefer. Neither hosting nor operations carries a numbered availability commitment (no SLA). Operations is reserved for projects built and hosted by Klair.
Once live, your app appears in your space as a private app, next to Agora and Promoimo. No price and no paid seat: hosting covers it.

Before you describe your project
How long does it take?
The timeline depends on the specification: each milestone has its date, written in the quote before you sign.
What if our need changes along the way?
You ask for the change; it is priced in an amendment, and nothing is committed until you accept it. Without an amendment, the quote's price does not move.
What if the app does not do what was planned?
Acceptance is done point by point against the specification. For 90 days after that, any gap with it is fixed at no cost; while operations runs, its ongoing fixes take over.
Can we leave hosting later?
Yes. Hosting and operations end with one month's notice, with no minimum term. You then take the other path, with the code, the handover file and your data.
