Yes, from your organisation's members. An added seat is billed pro rata at once; a removed seat is no longer billed from the next period.
The owner of an organisation without Agora, with a company email address. There is one trial per company and per payment method; otherwise Pro is offered without a trial.
Agora stays fully open for 14 days while the payment is retried. After that it is paused: you can still read and export your data, and nothing new runs until the payment goes through.
No. The hosting of a project is invoiced under its own contract, separately from Agora, as today.
